SERVICES PROVIDED

Professionally trained foster parents enable HOPE, Inc. to address a wide range of child and adolescent placement issues.
HOPE, Inc. provides services to both therapeutic foster care as well as regular foster care. Youth at Hope receive the following services.

Ø Treatment planning and service delivery monitoring
Ø      Linkage and coordination of services
Ø      Advocacy
Ø      Academic planning
Ø      Mentoring
Ø      24 hours crisis intervention
Ø      Respite
Ø      Supportive counseling for youth
Ø      Pre-service foster parent training
Ø      Monthly foster parent training and support
Ø      Customized services to support specific issues
Ø      Placement services
Ø      Support services for re-establishing and maintaining parental ties
Ø      Securing permanent placement for children when reunification is not possible
